Built with more than 275,000 ears of corn, is it an amazing sight. This corn building is functional with community events, stage shows and sporting events and is rebuilt each year with elaborate designs and murals. If you just must see a pink elephant, then head to Deforest Wisconsin. Standing guard over a service station off I-94 is Pinkie the elephant and just down the road is Sissie the cow, a huge fiberglass Heffer that stands in from of Ehlenbach’s Cheese Chalet.
